The "submission site" is now a "resubmission site" for those authors whose reviewers required changes to be made to their papers.
If necessary, download and print the paper instructions again, which will enable you to prepare your paper in accordance with the format we have adopted.
After you have revised your paper (and abstract) go to the Paper Submission link to upload them.
Incomplete or incorrect submissions will be returned to the author and must be resubmitted immediately in the correct format to be considered for inclusion in the program.
GENERAL POLICIES AND
Papers should describe original work and must not have been submitted
previously or simultaneously elsewhere. Authors are solely responsible
for the factual accuracy of their papers. It is the responsibility of
the principal author to secure any requisite permission from his or her
employer and all papers submitted are understood to have received
due clearance(s) for publication.
While all papers will be reviewed for technical content and quality,
it is also the responsibility of the
authors to ensure accuracy of content, correct grammar and spelling, good
English expression and good presentation.
We would like to encourage as many authors as possible to attend
IHTC-13.
Traditionally, IHTCs do not accept more than one paper for presentation
per registered delegate. If an author wishes to present two or more
papers, it will be necessary to charge a fee of $250 for each additional
submission to cover the associated administration and processing costs.
This fee will be payable on registration and is due by the author
registration deadline of 31 May, 2006. If co-authors of any such
additional papers are students, they may attend by registering at the
student rate ($250)
and the additional administrative charge will not be payable.
We assume that the presenting author will submit the paper.
If this is not the case, please advise the
Conference Managers
to amend the submission details, and also
ensure that any future correspondence regarding the paper is
forwarded to the presenting author.
Presenting authors will be required to register and pay the conference fee
by 31 May 2006
to ensure that their papers are included in the final program.
POSTERS
All contributed papers will be poster presentations.
At least one of the authors must be
present at their poster during the Poster Session.
Guidelines for the preparation of posters
will be placed on the website at a later stage.
NOTE:
The Conference Managers will not be held responsible for paper
submissions not received via the website
or for submission errors caused by Internet service outages,
hardware or software delays, power outages or
unforeseen events.
